Before meeting
- Review the organizer, description, venue, timing, cost, and available attendee information.
- Prefer public, staffed, well-lit first-meeting locations; tell a trusted person where you are going and when you expect to return.
- Arrange independent transport and an exit plan. Control your identification, phone, money, medication, and travel documents.
- Avoid sharing home, hotel-room, or live location details unless you understand and accept the risk.
During a meetup
Respect consent, personal space, accessibility, and anyone's choice to leave. Watch drinks and belongings; do not pressure drinking, spending, or moving to a different venue.
Check in only when present, and organizers must not falsely confirm attendance. Leave and contact local emergency services for imminent danger.
Travel and online events
Independently verify entry rules, visas, insurance, health requirements, transport, lodging, and local law.
Verify bookings directly and agree on costs, cancellations, room arrangements, and emergency contacts. ManFound is not a booking, insurance, or emergency-assistance service.
Open online meeting links carefully. Never share passwords, one-time codes, financial credentials, or private documents. ManFound accepts valid HTTPS meeting links but does not operate linked meeting providers.
Use available in-app actions to report meetup or message content and block direct contact.
