Who this policy covers
This policy explains how ManFound, operated by
ManFound at
Chowk Azam, Punjab, Pakistan, handles information in the ManFound
mobile app. ManFound is a global social app for adult men to form
real-world connections through meetups, financial-literacy
discussions, communities, travel discovery, and messaging.
ManFound is restricted to people aged 18 or older.
Information ManFound handles
- Account data: email, Supabase authentication identifiers, and Google account information when Google sign-in is selected.
- Profile data: display name, date of birth, calculated age, biography, avatar, city, country, region, time zone, distance preference, and privacy settings.
- Location data: entered locations; device coordinates after a separate permission and explicit refresh; and event venue details.
- Social activity: communities, posts, likes, meetups, travel content, reviews, RSVPs, check-ins, attendance, icebreakers, and connections.
- Communications: direct and meetup-group messages and memberships.
- Safety data: blocks, reports, reported content, limited reported-message context, moderation actions, and staff audit logs.
- Notifications and media: preferences, push token/device metadata, avatars, and meetup cover images when those features are used.
Uses
ManFound uses this information to create and secure accounts; provide profiles, communities, meetups, travel, check-in, connections, messaging, place search, and notifications; enforce the 18+ rule; investigate reports; prevent abuse; and operate and improve the app.
Visibility
Public profiles are designed to expose calculated age, display name, avatar, bio, city, and country—not full birth date or exact profile coordinates. Private-profile settings restrict profile-row visibility through Supabase Row Level Security, but deliberately published posts, meetups, reviews, and chat content remain visible to their intended audiences.
Avatar storage currently uses publicly readable URLs. Joined meetup members can read earlier group-chat messages, and eligible connections can exchange direct messages.
Providers and device permissions
Supabase supplies authentication, database, storage, and realtime services. Expo supports builds and push-token registration. Geoapify processes place autocomplete. Google processes Google sign-in. Operating-system providers control native permissions and push delivery. The inspected app contains no ad SDK or payment processor.
Location, notification, camera, and media-library permissions are separate from legal acceptance and are requested by their related features.
Retention, deletion, and security
Data remains while needed to operate the account, provide features, preserve safety evidence, or meet legitimate legal and security needs. Prior message history can be retained after blocking or disconnection.
ManFound does not yet have a complete self-service deletion flow.

ManFound uses Supabase authentication, RLS, owner-scoped policies, and restricted staff functions. No system guarantees absolute security. Because ManFound is global, information may be processed outside a user's country; the operator must document hosting and transfer mechanisms before publication.
