These Terms form an agreement with
ManFound, located at
Chowk Azam. Punjab, Pakistan. Creating an account requires
acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Community
Guidelines.
Eligibility and accounts
Users must be at least 18, legally able to agree, and provide an accurate birth date. Keep credentials secure. Do not impersonate others, evade enforcement, sell or transfer accounts, or use ManFound where prohibited.
Acceptable use
Do not harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate, deceive, spam, scrape, bypass security, misuse personal information, infringe rights, or facilitate violence, trafficking, theft, scams, or illegal activity.
Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, and creating, possessing, requesting, linking to, or distributing child sexual abuse material are strictly prohibited.
Content and social features
Users retain ownership of submitted content and grant ManFound a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit it as needed to operate, secure, improve, and enforce the service. Users must have rights to their content. Backups, safety records, quoted material, and legally retained evidence may remain after removal.
Meetups and travel plans are user-created and are not supervised or guaranteed by ManFound. Users must assess identity, venues, transport, costs, insurance, accessibility, and local law. Check-in does not guarantee safety.
Financial discussions are social and educational—not individualized investment, legal, tax, credit, or accounting advice.
Eligible members can use direct and meetup-group messaging. Blocking stops new direct contact while history may remain. Authorized staff may investigate reports using specifically reported messages and limited context.
ManFound may warn, restrict, suspend, or ban accounts and moderate content for safety, policy, legal, or integrity reasons while preserving evidence.
Service, disclaimers, and contact
Features may change or be interrupted. Subscription status exists for future premium features, but the inspected app does not implement mobile payments.
To the extent allowed by law, ManFound is provided “as is” without guarantees about availability, identity, conduct, meetup safety, travel outcomes, or user content. Liability terms require qualified legal review.
